This policy sets out what we do with the information you give us through this website. It is written to be read rather than to be impressive, and it is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you complete the quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the service you are asking about, how urgent it is, and whatever you write in the message field. We also record which page you sent the enquiry from, so we know what you were reading.
If you call or email us instead, we hold whatever you choose to tell us in that conversation.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, arrange a site inspection, and send you a quote. That is the whole purpose. We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked about a leaking roof.
Who sees it
Our own team, and the email service that delivers the enquiry to us. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where a job involves a body corporate, managing agent or insurer, we share findings and reports only with your knowledge.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are dealing with them and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can refer back to a quote or a guarantee. Records relating to completed work and guarantees are kept for as long as the guarantee runs and as long as the law requires.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this section will be updated to say so before they go live.
Your rights
